*moment (id type locationid inputsystemid comp1 comp2 comp3)

- id
- The ID of the load (must be unique).
- type
- The type of the load.
- locationid
- The node where the load is applied (must be a valid node).
- inputsystemid
- The reference coordinate system of the load (must be a valid system or 0).
- comp1
- The x component of the load.
- comp2
- The y component of the load.
- comp3
- The z component of the load.

This must follow a *loadcollector() definition.
