Creates a scenario in HMASCII format.

*scenarios (id,name,color)

Description
Creates a scenario in HMASCII format.
Additional attribute or dataname information is provided separately, see referenced commands.
Inputs
- id
- The ID of the scenario.
- name
- The name of the scenario.
- color
- The color of the scenario. Valid values are 1-64.
Example
To create a scenario with ID 100, name "my-entity", and color 1:
*scenarios(100,"my-entity",1)Errors
Incorrect usage results in an import error.
