Syntax
*constraint (id type locationid inputsystemid comp1 comp2 comp3 comp4 comp5 comp6)

Inputs
- id
 - The ID of the load (must be unique).
 - type
 - The type of the load.
 - locationid
 - The node ID where the load is applied (must be a valid node).
 - inputsystemid
 - The reference coordinate system of the load (must be a valid system or 0).
 - comp1
 - The value of the constraint in dof1 (-999999.0 for none).
 - comp2
 - The value of the constraint in dof2 (-999999.0 for none).
 - comp3
 - The value of the constraint in dof3 (-999999.0 for none).
 - comp4
 - The value of the constraint in dof4 (-999999.0 for none).
 - comp5
 - The value of the constraint in dof5 (-999999.0 for none).
 - comp6
 - The value of the constraint in dof6 (-999999.0 for none).
