Transfers entities to a bag entity in the database.

Description
This function transfers entities in a bag to HyperMesh. The bag must already exist.
Inputs
- entity_type
- The type of entity to be transferred.
- num_entities
- The number of entities to be transferred.

- The IDs of the entities.
