Sets the request used by the vector.

Description
This method is only valid for file vectors.
Inputs
- request
- The name of the request used by the vector. This will be dependent on the data file referenced by the vector. This method only changes the filename. Call the Recalculate method on the parent plot object to update the data.
Errors
Success or an error code.
