Combines rigids and rigidlinks.

Syntax

*rigidscombine mark combine_common_inode

Combines rigids and rigidlinks.

mark: The ID of the mark containing the elements to combine.
combine_common_inode: If combine_common_inode =1, then rigids and rigidlinks that share a common independent node will be combined.; If combine_combine_inode =0, then rigids and rigidlinks will be combined if they share any nodes (dependent or independent).

To combine elements 100 and 101 into one rigidlink:

*createmark elements 1 100 101
*rigidscombine 1 1
