Gets the multiple layers state.

Description
This command, valid only in Upfront Data Loading Mode, returns true if multiple layers is enabled for this result definition, false otherwise. This will be true if the layer is Top/Bottom for this result.
Example
To check if a result definition has multiple layers enabled:

hwi GetSessionHandle sess
sess GetProjectHandle proj
proj GetPageHandle page [proj GetActivePage]
page GetWindowHandle win [page GetActiveWindow]
win GetClientHandle client
client GetResultHandle sdefine 4 scalar
