Sets the feature angle averaging enable state.

poIScalarDefine_handle SetFeatureAngleAverageEnableState enable

Description
This command, valid only in Upfront Data Loading Mode, sets the feature angle averaging enable state for the
result definition.
Note: The result definition can only be modified if it is not
cached.
Inputs
- enable
- True to enable feature angle averaging, false otherwise.

To enable feature angle averaging for a result definition:
