HM_ExtAPI::ComponentFindByName()

Finds a component by its name.

);

Description

If the function succeeds, the return value is true. If the function fails, the return value is false. To get extended value information, call HM_ExtAPI::GetLastErrorCode(). The handle comp in this case returns NULL entity.

Requires including hm_extapi.h.

Inputs

name: [in] - Pointer to the string that contains the name.
comp: [out] - Returns the handle to component object in case the component with name exists.

Errors

None.
