Cleans up the panel marks, rejection marks and drawlist.

HyperMesh Tcl GUI Command
Description
This command cleans up after a panel operations by clearing the marks, rejection marks and drawlist. Normally, this is done automatically when returning from a panel. However, when some commands are issued via Tcl, this may need to be done explicitly.
This command will be ignored if HyperMesh is in the process of meshing.
