hm_viewdown
Rotates the model down about an axis oriented horizontally across the screen.

Description
This command allows the user to rotate the model down about an axis oriented horizontally across the screen. The rotation angle is defined using the *setoption rotation_angle command. The base for rotation is defined using the *rotateabout command.
