Bulk Data Entry Used to activate an alternate formulation for CBAR and CBEAM elements.

The new formulation includes the following differences when compared to the traditional formulation:
Extension and Torsion
Linear interpolation of the extension and twist variables across the nodes is assumed.
Bending-shear
A complete Timoshenko/Mindlin formulation is used in the alternate formulation (the traditional formulation, for beam kinematics, the shape functions use Euler-Bernoulli formulation; and the shear-stiffness is only introduced when needed for the traditional formulation).
As part of the complete Timoshenko formulation
The new formulation also includes effects of rotary inertia.
