*contactsurfelement()

Syntax

*contactsurfelement (elementid facecode reversecode)

Type

HyperMesh HMASCII Command

Inputs

elementid

The ID of the element whose face should be use.

facecode

The face identifier specifying which face of the element to use.

reversecode

0, if the direction matches the normal of the element. 1, if the direction opposes the normal of the element.

Example

The *contactsurfelement() command applies to the contact surface that was most recently created using the *contactsurfs() command.
