Creates a slipring in HMASCII format.

*sliprings (id,"name",color)

Description
Creates a slipring in HMASCII format.
Additional attribute or dataname information is provided separately, see referenced commands.
Inputs
- id
- The ID of the slipring.
- name
- The name of the slipring.
- color
- The color of the slipring. Valid values are 1-64.
Example
To create a slipring with ID 100, name "my-entity", and color 1:
*sliprings(100,"my-entity",1)Errors
Incorrect usage results in an import error.
