Creates a designpointset in HMASCII format.

*designpointsets (id,"name",color)

Description
Creates a designpointset in HMASCII format.
Additional attribute or dataname information is provided separately, see referenced commands.
Inputs
- id
- The ID of the designpointset.
- name
- The name of the designpointset.
- color
- The color of the designpointset. Valid values are 1-64.
Example
To create a designpointset with ID 100, name "my-entity", and color
1:
*designpointsets(100,"my-entity",1)Errors
Incorrect usage results in an import error.
