Example

In this example, there are 2 Mi values and 8 Kj values. All combinations of (Mi, Kj) pairs will be generated for calculation of the aerodynamic matrix, resulting is 18 (Mi, Kj) pairs.

Comments

  1. Aerodynamic matrices will be computed using all combinations of Mach number and reduced frequency pairs (Mi, Kj) from the table. This is different from MKAERO2, where aerodynamic matrices will be computed only using the defined set of pairs (Mi, Kj).
  2. In case of MKAERO1, the continuation line (Kj) is required. This is different from MKAERO2 where the continuation line is not allowed.
  3. Multiple MKAERO1 entries are allowed.
  4. To obtain accurate results in Doublet-Lattice Method (DLM), it is recommended to ensure that Kj values satisfy the following relationship.(1)
