Returns the minimum and maximum thickness limits for thin solid geometry.

entity_type: The type of entity to query. Valid values are surfaces and solids.
mark_id: The ID of the mark containing the input entities.
elem_size (optional): The element size to be used for internal meshing.

To find the thickness limits for solid ID 100:
