Returns the maximum number of steps allowed to be recorded in the history.

Description
Returns the maximum number of steps allowed to be recorded in the history. If a value of 0 is returned, history is disabled. If a value of -1 is returned, there is no step limit.
Example
To get the number of steps allowed to be recorded in the history:
hm_gethistorylimitErrors
None.
