Displays all entities contained in the specified include file, and hides all other entities.

Displays all entities contained in the specified include file, and hides all other entities.
Inputs
- id
- The ID of the include file whose entities you wish to display.
- shortname
- Currently not used.
Example
To display all of the elements in the include file with ID 3, and hide all other entities
without actually deleting them:
*displayincludeonly(3,0)
